Global Security Studies

Our MA in Threat Intelligence gives you the latest knowledge and tools to effectively address cybercrime and espionage, sanctions evasion, extremism, money laundering, corruption, and financial crimes. 

This two-semester plus practicum OR three-semester, 36-credit master’s degree covers the full spectrum of contemporary threats, while also emphasizing specific skills, with significant real-world opportunities for you to apply your learning.

You’ll be prepared to work in relevant federal, state, and local government entities, private sector intelligence, consulting, banking, tech, and intergovernmental organizations. 

Cyber, Financial, and Strategic Threats

Core coursework gives you foundations in intelligence, warfare, data, and policy analysis.

Tailor the program around your interests: focus your coursework on WMD proliferation, financial crime, and/or terrorism; complete your degree in 12 months to get back to the workforce faster or 16 months to get more professional experience through internships before you graduate; compete in national and international cybersecurity competitions. 

Our partnership with the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) allows you to take some courses in a military environment, gaining new perspectives on international security issues.
