It can feel overwhelming to keep up with the changes to U.S. foreign policy. As the country turns inward, what can we do to advance understanding, promote peace, and drive change in pursuit of a more just world?

Join Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Jeff Dayton-Johnson, for a reception and discussion on the future of global affairs. In his role, Dayton-Johnson serves as the chief academic officer for the Middlebury Institute, leading our efforts to train master’s students in global security, sustainability, development, international education, and language services. Many of our graduates’ employers are in Washington, D.C.—few places have been as affected by the recent changes as the capital. This is why we are hosting this event and launching a series of D.C.-focused initiatives, including guaranteed 40% scholarships for current and former government employees.
